About the Program

The Career Planning Program aims to equip students from classes 8 to 12 in Government High Schools and Pre-University colleges in Karnataka with the necessary resources, guidance, and counselling support to facilitate informed career decision-making based on their interests and aptitudes.

The primary objective is to develop and implement scalable career guidance models that can effectively cater to students in schools and colleges across the state.
