Design Engineer Pathway 1

Complete 10+2 in the Science stream(Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics)

Complete Bachelor's Degree in Design Engineering(B.Tech./B.E.)

Design Engineer Pathway 2

Complete Bachelor's Degree in Design Engineering(B.Tech./B.E.) and follow it up with Master's degree in Design Engineering(M.Tech./M.E.)

Design Engineer Pathway 3

Complete Bachelor's Degree in Design Engineering(B.Tech./B.E.) and follow it up with Master's degree in Design Engineering(M.Tech./M.E.) and then complete PG Diploma in Engineering Design

For admissions in a B.Tech. course, you must qualify JEE Main. JEE Advanced is needed for admissions to IITs. Other entrance exams can be taken: ICAR/GATE/AIEEA/MHT/CET/UPCATET/AP EAMCET/CG PAT/SHIATS Entrance Exam/CCS HAU Entrance Exam/Rajasthan JET/AGRICET

Sectors such as Thermal Power, Gas Turbines, Agricultural Sector, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, etc.
The work timings are typically 5 to 6 days a week for 8 to 9 hours per day. Shift system is applicable.

Rajeev Chondrosekhar is the Union Minister of State for Electronics and Information Technology as well as the Union Minister of State for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship. He is an Indian politician and entrepreneur, technocrat and was serving his third term as a Member of Parliament in the upper house (Rajya Sabha) from BJP representing Karnataka. Between 1986-1991 he worked at Intel as Senior Design Engineer and a CPU architect on the 80486 and Pentium Microprocessors. He completed his Master’s in Computer Science in 1986 from Illinois Institute of Chicago.*
